This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled on this website (skoperia.de and skoperia.com). The website currently only hosts a “coming soon” page and does not operate any account system, tracking, or analytics.

2. Data processed when you visit this site

The site is a static website served via GitLab Pages. When you access it, the following technical data is temporarily processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the page and defend against attacks:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • URL requested and HTTP status returned
  • User agent (browser and operating system)
  • Referrer, if provided by your browser

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website.

Retention: Server-side access logs are retained by the hosting provider (GitLab Inc.) according to their policy. This site itself does not retain any copies.

There is no analytics tool, no pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party embed on this site.

5. Contact by email

If you email the contact address published in the Legal notice, your email content, address, and any information you volunteer will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR). It is retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter, then deleted subject to any statutory retention duties.
